What information is featured on the new HyperWolf tracking page?

Our new tracking page makes it easier than ever to monitor your delivery, communicate with your driver, and view your account details all in one place. The newest features include a clearly displayed ETA, driver details, a detailed receipt, your Wolfpack Snapshot displaying personalized data such as the number of successful orders you’ve placed, your loyalty program summary, and an option to directly communicate with your driver

Does my tracking page automatically populate?

Yes, once an order is placed, you’ll automatically be redirected to your personalized tracking page where you can access all of your order details as well as important account information.

Does my order status automatically reload?

Yes, your order status/estimated time of arrival automatically refreshes every 60 seconds.

How can I communicate with my HyperWolf delivery driver?

Click the icon next to your driver’s ETA on the tracking page, and you will be able to chat with your driver!

What is my Wolfpack Snapshot?

Your Wolfpack Snapshot is a quick account summary visible on the order tracking page. It displays how many orders you’ve placed, your rewards points, how many hours you’ve saved opting for delivery versus going to the dispensary & waiting in line, and how much money you’ve saved shopping with HyperWolf over other delivery services.

Can I view my loyalty points on the tracking page?

Yes! Additionally, your loyalty points can be found within your profile under 'Rewards.'
