How does Hyperwolf's Rewards program work?

Updated over a week ago

Does HyperWolf have a rewards program?

Yes! Once you’ve signed up, you’ll automatically be entered into our Wolfpack rewards program.

How does the Wolfpack rewards program work?

You'll begin earning points automatically upon setup. Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent, while pack leaders earn 2 points for every $1 spent.

After spending $2,000, you'll level up from a member to a pack leader. You don't need to accumulate 2,000 points, as our system will recognize when you've reached the $2,000 spending threshold.

How are points redeemed?

Points are redeemed 100 at a time. For example, 100 points will give you $2.50 off your order, 200 points will give you $5 off your order, and 300 points will give you $7.50 off your order.

Where can I view my rewards points?

You can view your rewards points in your account profile under 'Rewards.' Additionally, your rewards points are shown on the tracking page if you've recently placed an order.

Do rewards Expire?

Kindly be aware that points have a 60-day expiry period. Put simply, if you don't make a purchase within 60 days of your last one, your rewards points will expire from your account and become unusable.

What are Unlockables?
Unlockables are special achievements, whether they're weekly challenges or once-in-a-lifetime milestones, that you can aim to unlock. Not only do these achievements give you the opportunity to earn more rewards points, but they also encourage you to explore our menu, try something new, and join in on the fun!

Please note that unlockables expiration dates vary.

Does Hyperwolf have a Referral Program?
Save your friends and family from the hassle of trial and error when searching for a weed delivery service. Instead, guide them to HyperWolf, the top choice for on-demand cannabis in SoCal. Plus, when you refer them, you'll earn $20 in rewards points after their first order. Just enter their referral code at checkout to claim your reward. It's as easy as that!
