What payment system does Hyperwolf use?
We offer a secure method for processing credit card payments. To use a credit or debit card for your purchase, please place your order online, and our driver will manually process your card upon delivery.
Does HyperWolf have an order minimum?
Yes, our order minimum is $40 BEFORE tax is added.
Does HyperWolf have an order maximum for credit card purchases?
First-Time Customers:
Initial credit card limit: $150
Split payment: You can split your payment including up to $150 via credit card.
Returning Customers:
Enhanced credit card limit: $250
Split payment: You have the flexibility to split your payment, allowing for up to $250 via credit card.
Does Hyperwolf store my payment information?
We do not! Your credit card information is safe and secure as HyperWolf does not store information during or after the transaction.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes. All transactions are equipped with the receipt found directly on your tracking page made available as soon as the transaction is successfully completed. If you notice any discrepancies, please reach out to our customer support team and be prepared to provide your order number.
Is there a processing fee?
A 6% processing fee accompanies all card transactions.
Can I place a purchase on behalf of somebody else?
All orders must be placed in the Hyperwolf account holder's name. In instances where the cardholder's name does not match the order, we kindly request the presence of the account holder as well as the cardholder accompanied by a valid form of identification during the delivery process.
Does Hyperwolf accept mobile payment systems (contactless payment)?
We accept all card types as long as the card is in the account holder's name.
